Hire a specialized consulting that allows to design and execute a process of diagnosis, planning and strategic projection in the field of internal communication for the National Training and Employment Service (SENCE). The main objective is to strengthen organizational culture, improveThe flows and communication channels, promote coherence between institutional messages and the internal experiences of the teams, and promote a sense of belonging aligned with the challenges of the service. The consulting must integrate analysis of quantitative and qualitative information, including segmented surveys, previous studies, Focus Groups and interviews, to identify communicational gaps, improvement opportunities and training needs for leadership. Likewise, it must propose an institutional account (umbrella concept), key messages, communicational foci and aAction plan for one or two years, with matrix of audiences, means, content and mechanisms to evaluate the effectiveness of the strategy, ensuring its sustainability over time.
