The scope of this service includes validation of the conditions of the tool sending and receiving traps, internal cleaning, evaluation with a simulator and/or geometric tool, instrumented inspection with a high resolution tool, instrumented inspection with ahigh resolution, study of mechanical integrity of the lines; presentation of a preliminary report (after each activity: cleaning, evaluation with a geometric simulation and instrumented tool and validation evaluation) and presentation of a final report with the results of eachone of the stages mentioned above; in accordance with the technical specifications and in strict compliance with the safety standards and quality assurance procedures and to the entire satisfaction of PDVSA.
Companies to participate must have (in their own or non-proprietary condition)ias through agreement / commitment / Letter of Representation) of the tools requested in the technical specifications for diameters of 8", 12" and 16".
