The CAK intends to conclude an agreement with 1 contractor for the coming years through the tender procedure. The contractor must ensure stability and continuity of the requested services. We regard the internal audit function as an important instrument of the Board of Directors to obtain an independent assessment and/or insight into risk areas, uncertainties and points of interest to support their decision-making. In addition, through these audits, the CAK objectively obtains additional certainty about effectiveness, efficiency and internal performance control of the organization. The quality and added value of an internal audit are central.
