Internal Audit Under Nch-Iso 17025.Of2017 Carry out an internal audit of the Quality System implemented and accredited in the LADGA under the NCh-ISO 17025 Of.2017 standard, both of the management and technical requirements. The audit program must consider all elements of the management system including the testing activities of the parameters accredited or in the process of implementation for their accreditation. The audit must have a minimum duration of two 2 days for management issues and three 3 days for technical issues. Accompaniment and support to the LADGA quality manager in the collection of NCs, implementation of Improvement Opportunities and Risk Matrix derived from internal audit. Accompaniment and support to the LADGA quality manager in the raising of NC, implementation of Improvement Opportunities and Risk Matrix derived from the scope expansion audit and renewal of INN. Strengthen the capabilities of laboratory staff to eliminate existing gaps with the System Quality Management under NCh-ISO 17025 Of.2017 standard and in team management.
