LOT 1 - Intermediation services in IT expertise with Sourcing This 5-year firm contract, renewable for 3 years per period of 12 months each, involves the provision of intermediation services in IT expertise with Sourcing for the EDF SA Group, its subsidiary EDF Power Solutions, its subsidiary G2S and all its French subsidiaries except DALKIA, ENEDIS, Electricité de Strasbourg, Nuward. This market is also called SMASH2 Market. Its main objective is to be able to enable EDF SA and its beneficiary subsidiaries to source rare or specific and cutting-edge skills directly from independent experts (freelance) from intermediation companies. Les prestations d-intermédiation ont pour objet : •An expert qualification, technical and contractual of their partners, •Access to administrative and contractual services simplifying the implementation of partner services, •The achievements of the IT services of these IT expert partners for the Business EDF SA issues this procurement notice in its name and on behalf of all its beneficiary subsidiaries including G2S and EDF PowerSolutions.
