Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : (a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in Construction Works as Prime Contractor shall be 10 (Ten) years.(b) A satisfactory completion of at least 1 (one) similar works including Acoustic works, Internal Electrical works as a Prime Contractor of under single contract within the last 10(Ten) years of a value of at least Tk. 08.00 (Eight point Zero Zero) Crore in any Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.(c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 17.00 (Seventeen Point zero zero) Crore over the last 5(Five) years in any Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT. A summary sheet of last five years Turnover to be submitted with all supporting documents. For Turnover calculation, Financial Year wise payment Certificate from Concern PE is required.(d) The minimum amount of free fund (liquid assets) i.e. working capitals or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 05.00 (Five point zero zero) Crore.
