Description : 1) The BASES CONVERSION AND DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (BCDA), through the 2026 Corporate Budget intends to apply the sum of Forty Five Million Two Hundred Seventy Five Thousand Pesos Only (PhP 45, 275, 000.00), inclusive of VAT and all other applicable government taxes, fees, and charges, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Interim Operations and Maintenance (O&M) of the Public Transportation in New Clark City, with Project Identification No. BG2026-130. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The BCDA, through its Bids and Awards Committee for Goods, invites bids for the Interim Operations and Maintenance of the Public Transportation in New Clark City. Delivery of the Goods and services is for a period of Sixteen (16) Months through Competitive Bidding. Delivery of the Goods shall commence on the date specified in the Notice to Proceed. The Bidder-s SLCC, similar to the contract to be bid, should have been completed within Five (5) years prior to the deadline of submission and receipt of bids.
