for part I: Organization and conducting of culinary workshops Tastes for generations, we cook together 8 workshops1. Number of participants in each workshop: min. 10 people max. 12 people2. dimensions of 1 workshop: min. 3 teaching hours (1 teaching hour = 45 minutes)3. Minimum thematic scope: 1) Kitchen as a space for integration 2 workshops: Main theme: My flavors, our stories; goal: common preparation of simple dishes (traditional and modern), cooperation in intergenerational groups, communication and exchange experience, culture of cooking and eating together. a) Introductory part (moderated): - short introductory rounds (e.g. my favorite childhood dish), - initiating a conversation about memories related to food (home, welcome, everyday life), - moderating the statement yes, so that each age group can speak. b) Practical part: - joint preparation of simple dishes in intergenerational teams, - division of roles taking into account the capabilities of the participants/check, - encouraging to share experience during work. c) Summary part: - shared discussion: what was similar/different in the experiences, - moderated reflection: what did you learn today...
