Interference care Description: This assignment falls within the social domain and is an accessible, persistent and outreach form of support. Bemoeizorg is aimed at residents who, despite a clear need for care, cannot get the required help independently searching, requesting or accepting (care avoidance). There are often complex, multiple problems. Intervention care can also be deployed in the event of imminent homelessness to quickly provide the necessary support to prevent homelessness. Professionals offer temporary intensive involvement and basically aim to guide residents to regular support. It concerns interference care for people with a permanent place of residence. Based on recent years, the estimated size of the assignment is approx 60 routes per year. Intervention care for people without a permanent place of residence is linked to social care and is therefore contracted regionally from the central municipality of Ede. To ensure the continuity and quality of this essential service and In order to comply with the principles of transparency and equal opportunities, the municipality of Veenendaal has decided to market the purchase of interference care through a national public tender procedure.
