Inumi intends to develop an existing intercultural mediation service by videoconferencing and buy a support. The “Intercultural by Internet mediation” project aims to allow intercultural mediators to intervene as an interpreter outside their base via a connection in videoconference (in other hospitals, at the general practitioner, etc.). The parties concerned are as follows: INAMI: Technical expertise and service buyer. SPF Public Health: Service manager, front -line support for users, service user. Intercultural mediators of hospitals: service users, service schedule. Doctors and other nursing staff of hospitals: users of the general practitioner service, healthcare providers in the medical services of reception structures for asylum seekers, front -line psychologists, healthcare providers in health care points for Ukrainian refugees, Mobile teams (cf.
