Combined Synopsis Solicitation Office of Information & Technology VANICHS Wayfinding Mapping Service(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a pre-solicitation notice will not be issued.(ii) The solicitation number is 36C10B24Q0542 and the solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).(iii) A statement that the solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05. (iv) This requirement is a total Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. The associated NAICS code is 513210 Software Publishers Related Services and small business size standard is $47 Million.(v) The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for Northern Indiana Health Care System Fort Wayne Wayfinding Mapping Software and Kiosk(s) Upgrade and Support. The contract will be written to include a base year with four (4), one (1) year annual Option. Please see the attached Statement of Work (SOW) for full requirement details. Please complete the Price Schedule attached and submit with the quote submission. The Contractor shall provide all resources necessary to provide services In Accordance With (IAW) the attached SOW.
