Background and purpose The purpose of the procurement is to procure a joint contractor with advisers for planning, calculation and establishment of a new trailer hall measuring approx. 10 x 17.5 metres, in a simple design, with space for a tractor with trailer (13m), an emergency vehicle and a trailer with equipment. The wagon hall must be frost-free and maintain 10 degrees Celsius. Think heated with a heat pump. There must be an isolated part at the rear with disp. room and WC. About 15-20m2. The carriage house is designed in steel with sandwich panels and a slatted roof, visible rafters/trusswork on the inside. Steel smoothed concrete floor with suitable primer. 2 pcs. insulated ports approx. 3.5x3.5m. At the back of the hall there should be a steel washing chute/bench with hot and cold water. Water outlet in the hall for filling tankers with dim min 090mm, standard water outlet outside on the wall by the gate. Insulated doors in outer wall with roof superstructure/spline wall. Groundwork, VA work must also be done is performed. The final design of the project will take place in collaboration with the contractor and advisers, but overall guidelines are that the project is carried out within the budget (NOK 5.8 million incl. VAT) and current plans and disp. The contractor must handle the application. (Here we have received disp. for exits, location on property, distances, etc.)
