Inter-Purok Basketball League Best of Four Junior and Senior Sports Uniform

The Local Government Unit of Barangay Labangal, General Santos City, through the Barangay SK Fund, intends to apply the sum Seventy-eight Thousand Pesos (P78, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Inter-Purok Basketball League Best of Four Junior and Senior Uniform, Barangay Labangal.



Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. The Local Government Unit of Barangay Labangal, General Santos City now invites Bids from eligible Bidders for Inter-Purok Basketball League Best of Four Junior and Senior Sports Uniform, Barangay Labangal. Delivery of the Goods is required by 30 calendar days from issuance of Notice to Proceed (NTP). The description of an eligible Bidder is contained in Section II of the Bidding Documents, ITB.



Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary -œpass/fail- criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the -œGovernment Procurement Reform Act-.



Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines, and to citizens or organizations of a country the laws or regulations of which grant similar rights or privileges to Filipino citizens, pursuant to RA 5183 and subject to Commonwealth Act 138.



A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders on Febuary 20, 2018 from the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee for the Bidding Documents in the amount of Five Hundred Pesos Only (P 500.00) to the Barangay Treasurer-s Office. The Bidding Documents shall be received personally by the bidder or his authorized representative.



The Local Government Unit of Barangay Labangal, General Santos City will hold a Pre-Bid Conference open to all interested eligible bidders on February 28, 2018, 1:30PM at Barangay Labangal Council-s Session Hall, General Santos City.



Bids and eligibility requirements must be delivered to the address below on or before 1:30PM of March 20, 2018. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid security in the form of Cash, Cashier-s/Manager-s Check, bank draft/guarantee or irrevocable letter of credit equivalent to Two Percent (2%) of ABC (P1, 560.00) or Surety bond callable upon demand equivalent to 5% of ABC (P3, 900.00). Late Bids shall not be accepted.



Bid opening shall be on March 20, 2018, 1:30PM at Barangay Labangal Council-s Session Hall. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidders- representatives who choose to attend at the address below. Late bids shall not be accepted.



The Local Government Unit of Barangay Labangal, General Santos City reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
