the office of personnel management (opm) human resource solutions (hrs) has a requirement to acquire on-line assessments for operational support.

Opm hrs usa hire located in washington, d.c. Intends to solicit and award a hybrid firm fixed price/labor hour contract on a sole source basis to personnel decisions research institute, llc. Of minneapolis, mn, for a base period of one year from date of award and includes two six-month option periods. This action will be conducted in accordance with far part 8, required sources.

The government intends to solicit only with personnel decisions research institute, llc. And to award this requirement under the authority of far 6.302-1(a)(2). The anticipated award date is by august 09, 2019. The prospective contractor must be registered in the system for award management (sam) database in order to be eligible for award.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. There is no solicitation document. No request for proposals will be issued. However, all information received within ten (10) calendar days from the publication of this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the government not to open the requirement for competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
