Synopsis:MICC-West Point intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), “Only one source reasonably available” based on the company being the sole provider for the services and is therefore the only source capable of satisfying the Government requirements. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with:
