INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE
Trepp Insights Database
#SS-OFR-26-038
The Treasury Common Services Center (TCSC), on behalf of the Office of Financial Research (OFR) and the Financial Stability Oversight Council (FSOC), intends to contract with Trepp LLC, 600 5th Avenue #7, New York, NY 10020-2306, on a sole source basis. There are no competitive vendors or regulatory agencies that provide these datasets. The proposed Contractor developed and owns the propriety and patented hardware, software and algorithms that are used in these products and support the services specifically required for this acquisition; thereby the proposed source has the sole unique technical and other resources required for this acquisition.
The Office of Financial Research (OFR) requires Trepp Insights product, the industry standard trading platform for the CMBS secondary market. Trepp also provides access to the largest trading quality CMBS database known. Trepp Insights BI web-based service offers the ability to analyze bonds and generate cash flows. Additionally, the product allows portfolio and asset managers to run a robust set of credit-based analytic tools. Users can define prepay, default and extension options, conduct bond level total return analysis, create grouping and loan level scenarios, and access processing capabilities for batch calculations. TreppInsights BI provides users with a comprehensive web-based suite of business tools, data visualizations, and dashboard features covering commercial and multifamily properties for real time delivery and updating of data.
The OFR and FSOC will use the proposed contractor-s brand name product for the continuing mission to deliver an annual assessment of the state of the U.S. financial system, as required by the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act of 2010.
The period of performance for the purchase order is anticipated to be a twelve (12) month base period with four (4) option periods of twelve (12) months ...
