THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTES. A DETERMINATION NOT TO COMPETE THE PROPOSED PROCUREMENT BASED UPON RESPONSES TO THIS NOTICE IS SOLELY WITHIN THE DISCRETION OF THE GOVERNMENT.
The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound hereby provides notice of its intent to award a sole-source, firm fixed price service contract to Power Dynamics Innovations, LLC. The contract is expected to be awarded under FAR 12.102(a). A Justification and Approval for Other Than Full and Open Competition has been prepared. The required delivery date shall be approximately 22 May 2026.
INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE - Steering System Components
This requirement is for the preocurement of Steering System Components. Power Dynamics Innovations, LLC., is the original equipment manufacturers- (OEM) authorized service provider for the Steering System. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 332510 - Hardware Manufacturing with a small Business Size Standard of 750 employees. The Product Service Code for this acquisition is 5340: Hardware, Commericial.
THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; no solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement no later than 10 March 2026 at 9:00 AM Pacific Time.
Interested parties are encouraged to furnish information by email only with subject line stating - RESPONSE TO INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE FOR N4523A26QS221.
