The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 2, Regional Procurement Office - East, on behalf of James J Peters VA Medical Center located at 130 W Kingsbridge Rd, Bronx, NY 10468 intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price sole source award to Image Guided Therapy, 4 Allee Du Doyen Georges Brus, Pessac, 33600, France for the purchase of one Tabletop Small Animal Focused Ultrasound System for Neuro Applications, This sole source award to Image Guided Therapy is in accordance with 41 U.S.C. 1901 as implemented by way of the procedures outline in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 13.5.
