THIS IS A NNOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATION OR PROPOSALS.
The Great Plains Area Indian Health Service, Aberdeen, South Dakota, herby submits a Notice of Intent to Award a sole source, firm fixed price, purchase order under the authority of Federal Acqusition Regulation (FAR) Part 6.103-1(b), Only One Responsbile Source and No other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Angency requirements. This Sole Source Purchase Order will be awarded to Tribal Health LLC - YMXNQECN7MJ5.
