Bill Young Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center: 10, 000 Bay Pines Blvd. Bay Pines, FL 33744. This action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 12.102(a) and 41 USC §1901, only one will meet the Government s needs. Only one source is capable of responding due to the unique or specialized nature of the supplies and/or services. It is the Government s belief that the proposed candidate is the only provider of the Treatment Planning Software for Radiation Oncology, ClearCheck Radiotherapy Treatment Plan Evaluation Software, an FDA 510(k) cleared radiotherapy treatment plan evaluation software designed to automate the complex process of reviewing and documenting radiation therapy plans, aiming to increase efficiency, ensure consistency, and enhance patient safety in clinical workflows that can meet the agency s needs. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 513210 (Software Publishers) and the Product Service Code (PSC) is 7A20 [(T and Telcom Application Development Software (Perpetual License Software)]. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. Telephone requests will not be accepted.
