NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE: The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 4, 1010 Delafield Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15215, intends to award a sole source Firm-Fixed-Price Contract to Natus Medical Inc. Incorporated for the provision of the delivering Four (4 each) Natus SleepWorks System. Equipment will be delivered at the VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System, University Drive Campus, University Drive C (Building 1), Pittsburgh, PA 15240. The equipment components that shall be delivered for this system are as follows: 1. SleepWorks Sys w Ceiling Mounted AxisIP PTZ Video, SDx Amplifier, SleepWorks9.x, PSG-CEIL-PTZHD-SDx-9, 4 each. 2. Computer Provided with Encrypted Hard Drive, Encrypted, 4 each. 3. Sleep Supplies Starter Kit with Reusable Supplies for Embla Dx Series Amplifiers, 024253, 4 each. 4. Prem Intercom Sys W/Recording, 4244014, 4 each. 5. SleepWorks 9.x Review Software Non-Natus PC, LC203-9, 1 each. 6. NeuroWorks/SleepWorks 9.x Citrix Software, LC306-9, 1 each. 7. NeuroWorks/SleepWorks 9.x Data Server Software, LC500-9, 1 each. 8. Installation, SVC800INSTALL_INC, included. 9. Training, SVC800TRAIN_INC, included. This contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit from a single source under the procedures in FAR 13.106-1(b) used in accordance with 48 CFR 13.106-1. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 334510 with a small business size standard of 1, 250 employees.THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS.
