The Indian Health Service (IHS), Division of Acquisition Policy and Office of Quality (OQ) Department intends to award a non-competitive, sole source to proposed contractor, DATIX (USA) Inc. Authority cited RFO 12.201-1 Restricting competition and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The proposed contractor shall provide Agency-wide services for oneSOURCE Complete Subscription Services.
The anticipated period of performance is a base period of one year from the date of award with four one-year option periods for OneSOURCE Complete service. Contractor shall provide a comprehensive management tool that provides online access to all IFUs, service manuals, safety data sheets, and other manufacturer guidelines that oneSOURCE manages. IHS OQ shall have access to the complete collection of required documents combined with the quarterly reviews of complied usage analytics; Surgical Instruments and Equipment, Tissue & Implants, Biomedical PM, Dental, Safety Data Sheets (SDS), Consumables, Tracking System/CMMS Integrations and Partnerships.
The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 518210 Data processing, Hosting, and related services, with a small business size standard of $40.0 million.
The proposed contractor is the only organization uniquely qualified to provide the required services Agency-wide to ensure that there is no interruption in services that could impact direct patient care.
