Notice of Intent to Award / Sole Source
The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, enter facility name intends to award a non-competitive, sole sourced purchase order to Hill-Rom, Inc for an annual service agreement consisting of an Extended Service Agreement (ESA) and Software Maintenance Agreement (SMA) to maintain the existing Nurse Call System in an operational and manufacturer-supported condition.
The anticipated period of performance is a base period of one year from the date of award. 24The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 811210 Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance with a small business size standard of $34.0.
The Proposed Contractor is the only organization uniquely qualified to provide the required services to ensure that there is no interruption in services that could impact direct patient care.

A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement base upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
