The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 07 (NCO 07), hereby provides notice of its intent to award a sole source, firm fixed price for the Guldmann Ceiling Lifts PM Services to Guldmann, Inc. at 14401 McCormick Dr., Suite A, Tampa, FL 33626. The contract is expected to be awarded under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1), as implemented by RFO 12.102(a)- Restricting competition. A justification for Single Source Awards for Other Than Full and Open Competition has been prepared. The anticipated award date is August 5, 2026.
The Contractor shall provide upon request the Guldmann Ceiling Lifts PM Services (1) one base year and (4) four option years.
These services will be performed at the Atlanta VA Medical Center 180 Martin Drive Carrollton, GA 30117 and 1263 Cobb Parkway North Marietta, GA 30062.

THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A SOLICITATION OR REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement within three (3) calendar days after publication of this notice.
A determination not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for determining whether to conduct competitive procurement. The Department of Veterans Affairs will NOT be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice of intent. Only written responses will be considered.
