***THE SOLE SOURCE DETERMINATION IS BASED ON NOAA-S REQUIREMENT THAT GOLD STANDARD DIAGNOSTICS HORSHAM, LLC IS THE ONLY VENDOR THAT MANUFACTURES AND DISTRIBUTES THIS ABRAXIS® MICROCYSTIN (ADDA) ELISA TEST KITS. ABRAXIS® ELISA KITS ARE PROPRIETARY TO GOLD STANDARD DIAGNOSTICS HORSHAM, LLC AND GOLD STANDARD DIAGNOSTICS HORSHAM, LLC HAS NO AUTHORIZED RESELLERS. ABRAXIS® MICROCYSTIN (ADDA) ELISA TEST KITS HAVE BEEN USED SINCE NOAA BEGAN THE HARMFUL ALGAL BLOOM MONITORING PROGRAM IN 2009.
