Purpose and Objectives:
VISN 10, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10, is issuing a notice of intent to pursue a non-competitive procurement with EBSCO Industries Inc for access to an Internet-based collection of specific online clinical reference databases. EBSCO Industries Inc has met the suitability criteria, as determined in accordance with 41 USC 1901 and the anticipated contract action is hereby publicized in accordance with FAR 5.101 and 5.203.
The purpose of this notification is to communicate the Governments intent to solicit and award a non-competitive procurement for subscription services to EBSCO s online clinical reference databases.
THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR TECHNICAL OR COST PROPOSALS OR QUOTES.
This will be a one (1) year Firm Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order with EBSCO Industries Inc to provide the required services described above.
