NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE:
IAW FAR 5.101 this notice is to advise the public that The Department of Veterans Affairs RPO-E R&D, intends to award a sole source Firm Fixed Price Contract IAW RFO 12.201-1 to Toth Technology, LLC (SAM UEI M87PRBVHZ4G1) for services to provide build a web interface backed by a queryable database that contains a manifest of specific research data available to aggregate and index that VA-housed healthcare data. Period of performance is four months.
THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS or QUOTATIONS.
Responsible sources may identify their interest by submitting capability information that clearly demonstrates the capability to perform the required work IAW the SOW (attached).
Capability information is required by 10:00am (EST) May 27, 2026 to establish the ability of the source to meet this requirement.
A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
The Government will not be responsible for any costs associated with the preparation of responses to this notification.
