The 187thFighter Wing Contracting Office, Dannelly Field, AL, intends to award a single source contract to Black River Systems Company, Inc. fo SS-365-SW-CS Ninja Annual Software Support, Library Updates, & Customer Service / Help Desk Support / Support Web-portal Access; SS-365-HW-GEN2 Ninja Gen2 System Hardware Warranty Extension (RMA Mgmt, Factory Repairs); and SS-365-HW-TRx Ninja TRx System Hardware Warranty Extension (RMA Mgmt, Factory Repairs), under the authority of FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B), due to proprietary specialized equipment replacement.
