Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Contracting Department, intends to award a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract to Amazon.com Services LLC (Cage Code 8HV30). The product need by the agency are available from only one responsible source or only from a limited number of responsible sources and no other type of property or services will satisfy the needs of the agency. A determination not to compete this proposed contract is based on market research and is solely within the discretion of the government.
