Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Salt Lake City VA, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis pursuant to FAR 6.302-3, Industrial Mobilization, Engineering, Developmental or Research Capability or Expert Services per 41 USC §3304(a)(3), with Boston University on a VA funded research study titled, VA Quantitative Quality Assurance (VA-QQA) MRI for Brain Health . Boston University has the necessary MRI machines and expertise necessary to participate in this research study. This is a notice of intent and is not a request for competitive quotes. Inquiries may be sent to Lynn Portman at lynn.portman@va.gov no later than 5/9 @ 12pm. No telephone responses will be accepted. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
