Description
This is a notice of intent for sole source procurement. The Missouri Aviation Classification Repair Activity Depot (MO AVCRAD) located in Springfield, MO intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order to provide Multi-Platform Anti-Jam GPS Navigation Antenna (MAGNA) system antenna bases in specific quantity for the purpose of equipping the MOARNG UH-60 Blackhawk Helicopter fleet with MAGNA-F capabilities as described in the attached “A2 Purchase Description..” The attached Limited Source Justification document contains the rationale for determining that only one source is reasonably available.
This announcement is in accordance with requirement listed above, under the authority of FAR 13.106-3(b)(3)(i) and FAR 13.501- Limited source acquisitions over the micro-purchase threshold but not exceeding the Simplified Acquisition Threshold. This notice is posted for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This is not a request for competitive quotes; however, all quotes received in writing within the request for quote due date of this notice will be considered by the Government.
Additional information/Quotes must be submitted via email to: [email protected] and [email protected] and are due by 3:00 p.m. Central Daylight Time, 19 December 2023. This action is conducted under FAR Part 13. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 334511 Search, Detection, Navigation, Guidance, Aeronautical, and Nautical System and Instrument Manufacturing. System for Award Management (SAM) registration is required for all vendors doing business with the Department of Defense (DoD).
