Unless a notice to the contrary with sufficient information is received from companies by the date indicated that can provide the same products, the Sanford Airport Authority shall proceed with the purchase of listed commodities or services on the basis that they are sole source to the provider listed and are exempted as defined by the Sanford Airport Authority Procurement Policy.
