Tender Details

The object of the contract is the implementation of the Intelligent System for Predictive Staffing of School Units & Educational Policy - EDUPLAN.AI. It is a national artificial intelligence (AI) information system aimed at strategic planning and rational staffing of Primary and Secondary Education units. In particular, the contract concerns the design, development, pilot and production operation of an integrated digital platform that will allow the evaluation of Primary and Secondary Education school units by multiple groups of stakeholders: parents, teachers and students. The system will allow monitoring, forecasting and automatic simulation of permanent and substitute needs personnel, based on demographic, housing, educational and area-specific data. The goal is to transition from the traditional management model to a strategic planning system that ensures optimal resource allocation and transparency in placements. The duration of the contract is twelve months (12) from its signature with the possibility of extension. Subdividing the object of the contract into parts (in accordance with the provisions of art. 59 of Law 4412/2016) is not possible, as its deliverables contract are considered interrelated and interdependent.
