Tender Details

The Township of Greater Madawaska invites proposals from qualified individuals or firms to provide Integrity Commissioner services pursuant to Section 223.3 of the Municipal Act, 2001. The Integrity Commissioner will provide independent advice to Council regarding the Code of Conduct, investigate complaints regarding alleged breaches of the Code of Conduct, provide education and training to members of Council, and prepare an annual report summarizing activities.
The Township intends to appoint an Integrity Commissioner for a four (4) year term, with the appointment anticipated to occur at the Council meeting on April 16, 2026.
Proposals must be submitted electronically through the Township-s Bids and Tenders procurement portal no later than April 1, 2026 at 2:00 PM.
