Brief description of the tender: It is planned to order the following works as part of the tender: - Carrying out a detailed analysis of the additions to the web application of the application portal based on the Drupal content management framework and development work regarding the integration of online forms for eligibility procedures into the existing solution. - Conducting a detailed analysis of additions to the FI internal procedural system based on the OpenText Content Suite Platform (Livelink) and development work for handling eligibility procedures. - Preparation of solution documentation, including requirements documentation, installation, administration and use manuals. The technical and non-technical documentation of the software must be in Estonian. - Training and installation - Training of the customer's representatives in the use of the software and technical support software during installation in the target environment given by the Customer, Consulting the Customer.
