1. The subject of the order is the comprehensive organization and service of an integration event for employees of Grnolskie Przedsiębiorstwo Wodocigw S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the Event or Integration Event or Integration).2. Main assumptions: - Place of implementation: area near the dam water reservoir in Goczakowice, 43-230 Goczakowice - Zdrj, ul. Jeziorna 86, - Completion date: June 20, 2026, - Duration: from 11:00 to 22:00, - Number of participants: max. 950 people. 3. Scope of the order: As part of the implementation of the subject of the order The contractor is obliged to provide, in particular: a) catering and gastronomic services, b) technical and logistic support and persons necessary to complete the order (including providing comprehensive event service), c) security and medical care and fire brigade, d) artistic part of the event. 4. A detailed description of the Subject of the Order is included in Annex No. 5 to SWZ.5. Detailed conditions for the implementation of the subject of the Order are included in Annex No. 6 to the SWZ.
