1. The subject of the order is: Integration of the endoscopy system with the HIS system. Pursuant to the content of Art. 95 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party requires the Contractor or Subcontractor or further Subcontractor to employ, on the basis of an employment relationship, persons performing work which include the following types of activities covered by the subject of the order: performing activities related to the implementation of the subject of the order, including in particular: implementation and configuration work of IT systems, implementation of integration of the endoscopic system with HIS system, conducting integration and acceptance tests, technical support at the production launch stage. employed under an employment contract, if the performance of these activities involves performing work in the manner specified in Art. 22 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1510), unless they will be performed directly by a given person as part of a sole proprietorship.
