Integration of documentation produced at the Hospital, including treatment cards, with the e-Health Center (CeZ) service platform. The subject of the order includes the integration of documentation produced at the Hospital, including treatment cards, with the e-Health Center (CeZ) service platform. in accordance with the description of the subject of the order specified in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ, meeting the other requirements specified in the SWZ. In particular, the subject of the order includes: - delivery and installation of the necessary perpetual licenses for application software and the necessary integration interfaces, - implementation and configuration of the provided software, - training of staff in the field of service, administration and operation, - provision of maintenance/maintenance and support services for a period of 36 months from the date protocol acceptance of the complete subject of the order. Completion date: - integration of documentation produced in the Hospital, including treatment cards, with the e-Health Center (CeZ) service platform in accordance with the description of the subject of the order specified in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ, meeting the other requirements specified in the SWZ - up to 75 days from the date of signing the contract, but no later than July 15, 2026, - checking the completeness of the subject of the order before the protocol acceptance of the complete subject of the order in the date agreed with the Ordering Party, - provision of maintenance/maintenance and support services for a period of 36 months from the date of official receipt of the complete subject of the order.
