Tender Details

1.1. The subject of the order is the supply of software for integration and data exchange with the intelligent services platform (PUI) in the field of AI developed by the e-Health Center, hereinafter referred to as the "subject of the order". 2. The description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ and in the designed provisions of the contract constituting Chapter II of the SWZ. 3. When implementing the subject of the contract, the Ordering Party requires the Contractor to act in accordance with the "do no serious harm" (DNSH) principle, specified in Article 17 of Regulation (EU) 2020/852, in particular: • ensured that the devices meet the requirements for energy efficiency, • ensured possession of the required environmental certificates, • ensured minimization of emissions and environmental impact, • collected and managed waste generated during delivery, installation or servicing in accordance with the waste management hierarchy (prevention, recycling use, recycling, recovery, disposal), • transport and installation of devices were carried out in a way that minimized the impact on the environment. 4. The order consists of 1 task. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers. No division into tasks possible. The solution is comprehensive, it is not possible to divide it into tasks that will be completed separately.
