BACKGROUND
The Department of the Treasury, through its Offices of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) and Chief Human Capital Officer (CHCO), has implemented an enterprise-wide Integrated Talent Management (ITM) solution built on SAP SuccessFactors to support approximately 125, 000 employees and contractor staff across all Treasury bureaus. The ITM platform includes a comprehensive suite of talent management functions, such as learning, performance, succession planning, compensation, and competency management. The system plays a vital role in enabling Treasury employees to fulfill essential workforce responsibilities, including completing mandatory training requirements, executing annual performance planning and reviews, and managing other critical human capital actions.
