Tender Details

Integrated Multimedia System I. The subject of the order is the purchase, delivery, assembly and installation along with commissioning by the Contractor for the Ordering Party of the System, including (definitions of terms used with a capital letter can be found in the Designed Provisions of the Agreement, constituting Annex No. 5 to the SWZ): 1. Execution of the Technical Design by the Contractor and transfer of proprietary rights to the Technical Design and dependent rights; 2. Delivery of the Equipment by the Contractor to the Ordering Party and Software, and granting the Ordering Party a license to use the Software and System Software of the Equipment; 3. Performance of installation and implementation services by the Contractor; 4. Ensuring the provision of Services by the Contractor Maintenance; 5. Preparation of As-Built Documentation by the Contractor and transfer of proprietary rights to the As-Built Documentation and dependent rights; 6.Provision of Service Services by the Contractor; 7.Issuance of a warranty by the Contractor for Sprzęt i Oprogramowanie. II.
