This public contract was the subject of a first consultation (Publication in BOAMP: 09/24/2025 - Announcement NO25-105375 - Publication in the OJEU: 09/24/2025 - Announcement NO625840-2025). This consultation was declared without further action for reasons of general interest based on a redefinition of need. Thus, this public contract is relaunched using an adapted procedure in application of articles L2123-1, 2°, R2123-1, 3° (social services and other specific services) of the Public Order Code. This is a market single public (no batch). The public market is a framework agreement which sets out all the contractual stipulations. It is executed as purchase orders are issued under the conditions set out in articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the code of public order. The framework agreement is concluded without a minimum and with a maximum expressed in value for its entire period of validity within the meaning of article R2162-4, 2° of the public procurement code. Maximum amount for the entire duration of the public market: €1, 650, 000 excluding tax. The public market is single-awarded. The public contract is processed at unit prices set in the unit price schedule (BPU).
