Integrated design team for the new construction of Yunus Emre primary school The municipality of The Hague, represented by the Central Real Estate Organization (CVDH) department, intends to realize replacement new construction for the Islamic primary school Yunus Emre at the location Beresteinlaan 629 in The Hague. Yunus Emre primary school is located in the Bouwlust and Vrederust district (Venen, Oorden and Raden) in the Escamp district. It concerns a new replacement building for a primary school with 17 groups, including two playrooms and gymnasium as well as space for early childhood education (VVE). The school name is ISNO Yunus Emre - Beresteinlaan. The assignment involves creating a design for the new child center to be built at Beresteinlaan 629 in The Hague-Southwest. This design will be carried out in phases (SO, VO, DO and TO), with approval and assignment taking place per phase. The work includes the architectural/structural, structural and installation design, including the necessary building physics, fire safety and sustainability advice and elaborations (including circularity). A target budget will be provided for the whole project within which the design must be realized. Drawing up the cost estimate(s) is also part of the work of the design team.
