Description : REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR Integrated Consultancy Services for the Five-Year Strategic Corporate Plan and Comprehensive Organizational Transformation of the Philippine International Convention Center, Inc. (PICCI)
1) The Philippine International Convention Center Inc. (PICCI), through the approved CY 2026 Budget intends to apply the sum of ₱11, 500, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Integrated Consultancy Services for the Five-Year Strategic Corporate Plan and Comprehensive Organizational Transformation of the Philippine International Convention Center, Inc. (PICCI). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
2) Interested bidders may attend the clarificatory meeting on April 14, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. and/or through video conferencing via Zoom, which shall be open to interested Bidders and Observers.
