Integrated Aliens Agenda System (ICAS) The subject of the public contract is the design of the architecture, development, supply and implementation of the new Integrated Aliens Agenda System (ICAS). The application solution will reflect the new legislative requirements in the area foreign residence issues, standards of services provided by the state administration, cyber security and file service performance. The fulfillment will also include the subsequent administration, operation and development of ICAS for an indefinite period according to the needs and requirements of the client. The subject public procurement is the design of the architecture, development, delivery and implementation of the new Integrated Aliens Agenda System (ICAS). The implementation will include the creation of a functional unit of the agenda information system, including the operating environment, the client part (foreigner's profile) within the frontend, backend, application solutions and further including data migration from existing information systems. The application solution will reflect new legislative requirements in the area of ​​foreign residence issues, standards of services provided state administration, cyber security and file service performance. The main users of the new information system will be employees of the Department of Asylum and Migration Policy of the Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic. Fulfillment will also include the subsequent management, operation and development of ICAS on for an indefinite period according to the needs and requirements of the client.
