Dublin City University is publishing this Prior Information Notice on a voluntary basis on behalf of the ntervarsity Insurance Management Group, which is comprised of members from: University of Galway, University College Cork, Maynooth University, Dublin City University, University of Limerick Trinity College Dublin. The universities have come together to purchase four lines of insurance on a joint basis. The lines of insurance are as follows: Property Damage/Business Interruption, Employers & Public/Products Liability, Professional Indemnity, Motor Fleet. This is not a call for competition: this Prior Information Notice is being published on a voluntary basis to notify the market that the Intervarsity Insurance Management Group-s insurance broker, Marsh Ireland, will be managing the purchase of the above lines of insurance over the coming months. Marsh Ireland were appointed as the IMMG-s provider of insurance brokerage and placement services following a minicompetition under an Office of Government Procurement framework agreement. Any legally constituted, suitable qualified and established insurance provider who is interested in providing one or more of the abovementioned lines of insurance should contact Marsh Ireland no later than 14 June 2025 in order to receive a market submission which will contain detailed information about the universities insurance requirements.
