Insurance for the transport of military equipment The aim of this procurement procedure is to conclude an insurance contract (hereinafter referred to as the "contract") with one participant for the purpose of securing cargo insurance for the transport of military equipment as part of the CV90 project, implemented between the contracting authority and by external suppliers (notably Excalibur Army and BAE Systems). The subject of the VZ is insurance covering mainly transports: - separate towers, - complete military vehicles, - possibly other related components of military equipment. There will be transport implemented as the client's own transport or through contractual carriers. The insurance must apply to transport carried out as a rule in the FCA regime, with the start of the insurance occurring at the time of acceptance of the consignment for transport. Realization is expected of repeated shipments in various logistics scenarios, in particular: - transportation between suppliers and the client, - transportation to tests (e.g. Bzenec), - transports to be handed over to the ACR. The number of shipments, their exact dates and routes may change depending on the fulfillment process on project development and coordination between the contracting authority and its contractual partners. The client reserves the right to arrange insurance for individual transports according to current needs and is not obliged to exhaust the expected scope of performance. Due to the nature of the project a due to the ongoing negotiations between the contracting authority and its partners, it is not possible to determine the exact schedule of the transports or their final scope at the time of the contract award.
