The subject of the order is the provision of insurance protection for SLOVENSKÉ VODOHOSPODÁRSKE PODNIK, š.p. and its spin-off plants. The subject of the contract is divided into two parts: Part 1- Property and liability insurance Part 2 - Mandatory contractual damage insurance caused by the operation of a motor vehicle. Detailed definition of the subject of the contract, or its parts are listed in Annex no. 1 tender documents - Description of the subject of the contract and in attachment no. 2 tender documents - draft Framework Agreement. The subject of Part 1 of the subject contract is (i) property insurance, (ii) machinery and equipment insurance, (iii) electronics insurance, (iv) information risk insurance - liability for damage caused in connection with the processing of personal data, (v) environmental liability insurance damage and (vi) liability insurance for damage caused by members of the company's bodies.
