Tender Details

The subject of the order is insurance of vehicles owned or used by the Ordering Party in the scope of: a) compulsory civil liability insurance of owners of motor vehicles for damage arising in connection with the use of these vehicles (OC) b) civil liability insurance owners of motor vehicles for damages arising in connection with the movement of these vehicles in the countries covered by the Green Card (ZK) system, c) auto insurance (AC), d) Assistance insurance (ASS), e) insurance against the consequences of accidents for vehicle users and passengers (NNW). Detailed description the subject of the order and other information relevant to the preparation of the offer are included in Annexes No. 4, 8 and 9 to the SWZ. Ordering party pursuant to Art. 441 of the Public Procurement Act reserves the right to unilaterally extend the scope of the order as part of the exercise of the option right. The Ordering Party does not divide the order into reverence. Therefore, the contracting authority does not allow the submission of partial offers referred to in Art. 7 point 15 of the Public Procurement Law.
