Property insurance - all risks and business interruption includes:

Material damage - the insurance must cover all risks of direct physical loss or damage of any kind, including earthquake, breakdown (accident) of machinery and electronic equipment, operatorerror, as well as sabotage and terrorism, according to the terms of the contract. In the event of an insured event, the burden of proof, in case it falls under the excluded risks, is the responsibility of the Insurer.

Business interruption (loss of income) - the insurance must cover allto an event covered under the item Material damage, which has led to a loss of income and an increase in the costs of the activity, including as a result of the breakdown of machines and terrorism, in accordance with the terms of the contract.

"Liabilities to third parties" - The insurance should covers liability to trepersons, product liability and environmental pollution liability in accordance with the terms of the contract. The insurance must cover all amounts (including legal fees and attorneys' fees) that each of the insured (co-insured) parties may be liable for....
